ABOUT TEAL
We create homes we’d want to live in.
TEAL is a Brisbane design, build and development company creating considered homes with a focus on good design, relaxed living and the details that make everyday life better.
Building your everyday escape.
DESIGN. BUILD. DEVELOP.
More than a builder.
TEAL was created around a simple idea — that great homes come from thinking about the whole picture.
We bring together design, construction and development to create homes that feel considered from the moment you walk through the door.
Sometimes that’s one of our own TEAL developments. Sometimes it’s helping a client transform the home they already love.
WHAT WE DO
From an idea to somewhere you love living.
01 – DEVELOP
TEAL Projects
We find opportunities and create our own residential projects from the ground up – from the initial idea through to the finished home.
02 – BUILD
New Homes
Bespoke homes delivered with a focus on thoughtful design, quality construction and how the home will actually be lived in.
03 – RENOVATE
Renovations & Extensions
Considered residential renovations and extensions that reimagine existing homes while retaining what makes them worth keeping.
HOW WE THINK
Designed around
everyday life.
We love beautiful architecture, but a home has to do more than look good.
It should work for busy mornings, long lunches, kids running through the house, weekends around the pool and quiet nights at home.
That’s why we think about the way a home feels and functions just as much as the way it looks.
THE TEAL STYLE
Relaxed. Refined.
Brisbane.
Our homes are influenced by Brisbane’s subtropical lifestyle — natural light, open spaces, indoor-outdoor living, considered materials and a strong connection to landscape.
The result isn’t one particular architectural style. It’s a feeling: warm, relaxed and designed to be lived in.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND TEAL
Built by people who care about the outcome.
Behind TEAL are Adam Power and Luke Morgan, two hands-on professionals with a shared passion for property, construction and creating exceptional homes.
We believe the best results come from being personally involved, paying attention to the details and treating every project with the same care and commitment we’d give our own homes.
ADAM POWER
Co-Founder | TEAL Build
Adam has always had a passion for property and seeing the potential in what something could become.
He loves the creative side of development — finding opportunities, imagining what’s possible and bringing all the moving parts together to turn an idea into something special.
For Adam, it’s about more than building a beautiful home. It’s about creating somewhere people genuinely love spending time, with the little details that make everyday living better.
LUKE MORGAN
Co-Founder | TEAL Build
Luke is happiest when he’s hands-on, bringing ideas to life and making sure the details are done right.
He takes real pride in the building process, from working through challenges on site to seeing everything come together in the finished home.
For Luke, good building is about doing things properly, taking pride in your work and creating something you’d be proud to put your name on.
TEAL PROJECTS
We put our own name on it.
Our own developments give us the opportunity to explore new ideas, refine the way we build and create homes that represent what TEAL is all about.
